The Georgia Legacy Foundation is a legally registered corporation in the State of Georgia. We are in the process of obtaining our 501c3 status from the IRS. We will not be accepting large contributions which must be considered tax deductible until such time as we receive authorization from the IRS to do so.

Angel funding and gifts which do not require the tax deductible status are welcome. Please feel free to contact us for more information if needed.

We are in the process of filing for 501(c)(3) status*.

The Legacy Foundation will utilize funds to secure reservations and all deposit requirements for any fundraising events.

After each event, amounts will be set aside to ensure the feasibility of the next planned trip or event.

Sums will also be used for administrative and logistical purposes.

Any additional promotional costs shall also be deducted from net amounts.

All sums shall accurately reflect the on-going expenses of the foundation's general operating expenses.
